AI Visibility Score gives every site one number out of 100 for how discoverable, understandable and recommendable it is to AI assistants — built from six components you can open up, with plain-English fixes, ready-made schema and FAQs, and a weekly re-check that warns you when it slips.
Technical AI, Entity, Schema, Citation, Authority and AI Mention. Open any component to see what was checked and why it scored as it did. A component with no data yet is shown as not measured — never quietly counted as zero.
Ranked, plain-English recommendations; ready-to-use JSON-LD schema; an FAQ Builder that leaves a placeholder wherever a real business fact is needed; and one-click deploy through a connected site, or copy-ready code if you prefer.
On paid plans the audit re-runs every Monday and the competitor comparison every month. If the score falls, AI crawlers lose access, or a competitor overtakes the client, you’re told in the app and by email.
How it works
It reads the site’s own public pages: robots.txt rules for GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Bingbot and others, entity and contact signals, structured data, and how citable the content is.
Start with the weakest component. Generate the schema, build the FAQs, fix the crawler rules, add the missing About and Team detail — each change is explained and prioritised.
The score is stored every run, so you see the trend by component, what got fixed, brand-mention growth and how often assistants actually recommend the business — in your reports and the client portal.
The client portal and branded reports show the overall score, the trend by component, what has been fixed and the top actions in your branding. Competitor names are never shown in the portal.
Six components: Technical AI (crawler access, llms.txt, indexability), Entity (who and what the business is, and whether that is clear), Schema (structured data coverage and completeness), Citation (how quotable and answer-ready the content is), Authority (brand mentions across the web and backlink strength) and AI Mention (how often AI assistants name the business in tracked prompts). The overall score is the average of the components that could be measured, and always says how many of the six that was.
No. The audits read the site’s own public pages and are free. A few optional extras are metered: refreshing brand-mention counts, generating FAQ sets, the AI-assisted reading of what a site offers, and running the Recommendation Simulator (which uses the same prompt credits as AI Visibility Tracking).
Not directly, and we don’t pretend otherwise. There is no supported way to query Copilot or AI Mode for answers, so they appear in the simulator as “not measurable” with the reason. For Copilot, the crawler audit checks Bingbot access, which feeds it. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews are measured.
They’re an estimate of online presence: the number of pages a search engine has indexed that mention the brand, per source, excluding the client’s own site. The month-on-month trend is the reliable part, and the app says so.
No. The client portal never shows competitor names. The AI Search Gap comparison and “named instead of you” lists appear only in reports you build yourself, which you review before sharing.
On paid plans the audit re-runs weekly and the competitor comparison monthly (only for projects that have already run one). Alerts fire only when something meaningful changes — a drop past your chosen threshold, AI crawlers losing access, new high-impact issues, or being overtaken — and emails go out at most once a week.
